Why You Should Cold-brew Your Coffee

We all know coffee is acidic, but what if I told you there is a natural alternative to acidic coffee…and it’s still coffee! When coffee is heated it creates acidity, but if you can extract the coffee without heating it up (what we call a cold-brew), there is 67% less acidity resulting in a smoother and tastier coffee. This means no heartburn, acid reflux, or upset stomaches. We all know that coffee contains many health benefits, so being able to reduce the acidity enables us to have our cake(coffee) and eat it too.
